We want you to love your Lowkey pieces. If something's not right, here's how returns work:
Return Window
You can request a return within 7 days of your order being delivered.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition with tags attached
- Free from any damage caused after delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Custom or personalized prints made specifically for your order
How to Request a Return
Click here to manage your order and request a return — sign in with the email you used at checkout, find your order, and submit your return request. We'll review it and get back to you shortly.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free — once your return request is approved, we'll walk you through the return shipping process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer — we'll reach out for your bank details after your return is approved.
Cancellations
Changed your mind before your order ships? You can request a cancellation anytime before the item is fulfilled, using the same link above.
