Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
Product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
Original tags and packaging must be intact
Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Any product failing quality inspection will be rejected and returned back to the customer.

2. Items NOT Eligible for Return
Returns are not accepted for:
Clearance / sale items
Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
Size issues where size chart was ignored
Orders returned without prior approval
If you ordered the wrong product or size, that is not a defect.

3. Return Request Process (Read Carefully)
Returns are NOT automatic.
Steps:

All return and exchange requests must be initiated via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised through other channels will not be processed.

Reason for return
Clear product images (mandatory)
Our team will approve or reject the request within 48 hours.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

4. Reverse Pickup & Charges
Reverse pickup is arranged by us only after approval
Reverse shipping charges may apply and will be deducted from the refund
If reverse pickup fails due to customer unavailability, the return request is cancelled
We do not offer self-shipping returns.

5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after product inspection
Refund timeline: 5–7 business days after pickup
For COD orders, refunds are issued via:
UPI / Bank Transfer
Store Credit (preferred)
No instant refunds. No exceptions.

6. Replacement Policy
If you receive:
A damaged product
A wrong product
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
Without an unboxing video, replacement requests will be rejected.

7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
Refused COD orders may be blocked from future purchases

8. Final Authority
We reserve the right to:
Reject any return request that does not meet policy conditions
Update this policy without prior notice
Block users with repeated return abuse
